All orders are made to order and processed within 2–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, or high-order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping times vary by destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and item weight. We use trusted global carriers through our fulfilment partner.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes set by your country’s customs authority.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying any reshipment fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement where possible.

All items are created individually once an order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and stay sustainable.
